Guinea: Junta issues decree to compensate victims of the September 28 massacre
In Guinea, on Wednesday evening, 26 March, the authorities issued a decree announcing "the payment of compensation for the victims of the massacre of 28 September 2009." An act that took place eight months after the historic conviction for crimes against humanity of Moussa Dadis Camara and former junta officials. To date, the 400 civil parties are still waiting for reparation.
