Guidance on U.S. Energy Imports from Canada - GHY International

Effective March 4, 2025, certain Canadian-origin energy products that do not qualify under the USMCA will be subject to a 10% additional tariff under HTSUS 9903.01.13, according to updated guidance from CBP.
