The maker of high-end handbags and other luxury products said it will accept payments in digital currencies in some of its stores in the US from the end of this month.

In the US, Gucci, the luxury brand of Italy, will start accepting payments carried out in cryptocurrencies in some stores, said media reports.
The payments will be allowed in some cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin, a BBC report said.
Later this month, the service will begin at some flagship outlets of France's Kering-owned Gucci. These include New York's Wooster Street and Rodeo Drive in Los Angeles, the report said.
