I admit, I don’t always like them. But when I want something done right, I often go to a grumpy person. There are, of course, exceptions. I’ve met very competent people who were sometimes quite cheerful. But for some reason, I’ve met a lot who are grumpy. My chief suspicion is that they are grumpy because they are perfectionists.
