Ground breaking for the new Easley-Clark McConnell Gardens

Mercer County, WV (WOAY) – Ground has officially been broken at the new Easley-Clark McConnell Gardens in Princeton. The complex will provide housing to veterans and seniors, and is being built by Mount Acres Properties, a local nonprofit. It is being built at the site of the former Dunbar School, and the project will hopefully be completed by the middle of next year. It has been a long process to get this far.
