WEST PLAINS, MO- Additional funds were given to two recipients from the Paula Speraneo Memorial Fund for Community & Culture. This comes after the funds first partnership with The Lincolin School Project, a source of some of the fund’s first grants. Funds were awarded to The Yellow House Community Arts Center and West Plains High School Graduate, McKrae Brewer.
