Grant Thornton Study: Companies Face Strong External Pressure to Improve Their Gender Diversity

In the event “Women in Business: Challenges Chile 2030”, developed by Grant Thornton Chile, it was announced that 77.6% of medium-sized companies have received requests from customers, investors, regulator or other external source to check the gender balance of their management team or evidence demonstrating their commitment to a gender diversity program.
