CANYON CITY – A woman will spend time in jail and on probation on two convictions in Grant County Circuit Court. Jill J Brown, 56, pleaded guilty to Disorderly Conduct in the Second Degree, committed in August of 2024. Brown also pleaded guilty to one count of Initiating a False Report, committed in March of 2025. Brown was sentenced to a total of 6 days in jail and placed on Bench Probation for 12 months.
