Washington AG Urges Residents to Claim Compensation for Generic Drug Price Raises
The settlement covers dozens of generic drugs and could return millions to consumers who bought them between May 2009 and December 2019, officials said.

- Executives allegedly used terms like "fair share," "playing fair," and "rules of engagement" during coordination meetings to inflate prices for medications treating HIV, ADHD, and diabetes, among other conditions.
- The U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut granted preliminary approval for the distribution plan this month, enabling consumers who purchased qualifying drugs between May 2009 and December 2019 to submit claims via AGGenericDrugs.com.
- New York Attorney General Letitia James described the conduct as "shady backroom deals" that cheated families, urging eligible residents to submit claims by March 8, 2027, to secure restitution.
