Grangeville City Council: Solid waste increase proposed; well nearly completed

GRANGEVILLE — Walco, Inc. representatives requested a 4.5% rate increase for residential and commercial solid waste services before the Grangeville City Council at its June 16 meeting. This is the company’s first proposed adjustment since November 2022.
