Graham councilman Joey Parsons moving, to step down early

Graham city councilman Joey Parsons made it official Tuesday night. That night’s meeting would be his last. Parsons is planning to move outside the city and reported that he has, in fact, now sold his home in Graham. He said he would resign from the council at the end of the month.
