CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Gov. Mark Gordon recently announced that he is ordering both the U.S. and the Wyoming state flags to be flown at half-staff statewide on Friday, Aug. 14 in honor and memory of Ann Simpson, wife of the late former U.S. Sen. Alan Simpson. Simpson’s funeral is being held on Friday in Cody, Wyoming.
