New law on the electricity sector

The promulgation of the new law on electrical matters is imminent, which represents in itself good news by having a law that reflects the public policy of the current regime in matters of electricity.It is worth recalling the legal goings and comings, and the attempts to reform the law during the previous administration that faced again and again the scrutiny of the federal judicial branch on grounds of unconstitutionality.

The intervention included the installation of 210 meters of electrical networks, 34 poles, 4 75 kVA transformers, 300 meters and 34 luminaires, with an investment of USD 77,000.
