The government of Javier Milei announced this Thursday the creation of an Official Response Office of the Argentine Republic, an account in X to "disprove" what it interprets as lies of the media against its management.
The influential association of the Argentine media Adepa expressed in a statement its "concerning" about this account, which "shares the presupposition that someone is lying".
The Argentine Presidency opened a "Official Response Bureau" which President Javier Millie described as having the aim of "missing lies and media manipulations" about government actions, worrying about journalists.
