The government abolished the cap of USD 50 for exports by mail or courier, which can be carried out without limits in monetary values once the regulation of the Agency for Recovery and Customs Control (ARCA) is completed.The measure was established by decree 604/2026, published today in the Official Gazette, and it seeks to provide a similar treatment for this type of export to which imports already have since 2024.
