The Minister of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Courts, Félix Bolaños, was the first member of the Government to have been asked to explain the contents of the police report, which, at the request of a judge of the National High Court, concluded the mass influx of migrants on 30 and 31 July was guided by Moroccan gendarmes to the orders of plainclothes officers for a purpose other than migration.
