(WJBF)- South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster made a stop in the CSRA Thursday morning for a major announcement in Bamberg County. 2024 was a devastating year for Bamberg.  Hurricane Helene, Tropical Storm Debby, and an EF-2 tornado brought major damage to the area all in the same calendar year.
