Gov. Jeff Landry orders Louisiana DOTD to undergo comprehensive review

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) is having a comprehensive assessment conducted by the Louisiana Legislature.
