Multiple arrests, citations given in St. Patrick's Day DUII enforcement mission
PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- Portland-area law enforcement has ramped up DUII missions this St. Patrick’s Day weekend, already resulting in multiple arrests and nearly 200 citations. Since the high-visibility DUII enforcement missions began Friday evening, early statistics from that night show 260 traffic stops were conducted, 172 traffic citations were issued and 11 people were arrested.
