The Court of Appeal in Trieste has upheld the first-instance convictions of four out of six members of the board of directors of the Coronini-Cronberg Foundation for the death of a 12-year-old boy who fell into a fountain in Coronini Park in Gorizia during an orienteering competition at a summer camp in 2020. The convicted include the mayor of Gorizia, Rodolfo Ziberna.
