This time our gastronomic wanderings are heading to the famous D1 motorway, specifically the section between Olomouc and Ostrava. On the roughly 70 kilometres, there is only one culinary stop worth making – at the Čenda Motor Inn, which can be found near Olomouc in the direction of the steel heart of the republic. Famous faces such as Petr Nárožný or Alexej Pyško regularly stop here for their famous soup.
