- GSA's recent deals followed rival $1 offers from OpenAI and Anthropic earlier this month, establishing value pricing for agencies and framing Google's $0.47 offer as undercutting competitors.
- Built for secure use, Gemini for Government meets FedRAMP High and includes identity and access management, threat protection, AI threat protection, data privacy, SOC2 Type 2 compliance, and offers Google Cloud Vertex AI, model tuning, and AI Agent Gallery access to federal agencies.
- The GSA said the initiative will facilitate faster AI deployment across federal agencies, and Google says Gemini complements its existing Google Workspace for government program.
