- Aligned with the Telangana Rising Vision 2047, officials announced a 1,000 crore Fund of Funds launched at the two-day Telangana Rising Global Summit, aiming for at least 100 Hyderabad startups to become unicorns.
- Google plans to engage regional startups through the hub, offering selected AI-first startups free, year-long dedicated coworking seats, access to a curated network of venture investors, and Google experts in AI/ML, product, UX.
- Preeti Lobana said the hub will nurture talent and host a collaborative community of startups, alumni and investors, helping local founders in Telangana scale ideas with global visibility.
- This is Google's fifth such centre globally and the first in India, as part of the Google for Startups network supporting founders from incubation to innovation and linking Hyderabad innovation ecosystem to international markets.
