‘Good fences make good neighbors’: Wasatch County advances annexation agreement with Heber City

Wasatch County advanced annexation agreements with Heber City that will solidify boundaries in the North Fields area.  It’s part of an update to a 2019 memorandum of understanding between the two, which identifies annexation boundaries for Heber City.
