KINGSTON, N.Y. — Soul food restaurant Good Eat’n is set to open to the public on Monday, Dec. 2. It will take over the location of the former Eddy’s Restaurant, which closed in August. The eatery will be open 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Good Eat’n will be closed on Tuesdays.
