MEXICALI, JUNE 15, 2026.- Congresswoman Gloria Arcelia Miramontes Templates presented an initiative to criminalize teacher violence in Baja California, formally including female teachers and female students as victims. The proposal is to add a fraction to the Women's Access to a Life Free of Violence Act for the State of Baja California, which was referred to the Gender Equality Commission for analysis and study.
