Glen Eugene Higgins, age 69, of Zanesville, passed away on Friday, May 1, 2026. He was born to the late Leo and Patricia Higgins on April 14, 1957. Glen proudly served his country as a member of the US Marine Corp. In his free time, he enjoyed drawing cartoons and other art. Glen was an avid fan of the Steelers and Ohio State University football. He also had a huge sweet tooth, loving anything from tootsie rolls to gummy bears. Glen is survived …
