Dries Van Langenhove has been sentenced to 1 year in prison again on appeal for violations of the racism and negationism law, but this time with a fully suspended sentence. This was decided by the Court of Appeal in Ghent. The founder of Schild & Vrienden was previously sentenced to a prison sentence of 1 year effective. Van Langenhove does not accept the decision and is appealing in cassation.
