The Criminal Court No. 1 of Posadas convicted the Kiczka brothers, one of them former provincial deputy of Misiones, both accused of consuming footage of sexual abuse of children and of distributing photos and videos of sexual abuse of children. On Wednesday, the court ruling will be heard in the trial against former deputy Germán Kiczka and his brother Sebastian for possession and distribution of child pornography. They were arrested in 2024 after attempting to flee with more than 900 files of sexual abuse, incest and zoophilia.
The former deputy of the party Activar Germán Kiczka is charged with the crimes of possession, facilitation and distribution of material of child sexual abuse.
