Georgetown Town Council Approves Cottage Housing Development Ordinance

Georgetown Town Council has approved, by a vote of 4 to 1, Ordinance 2025-07 which will add a new permitted use - Cottage Housing Development in the UR1 Urban Residential District.  The ordinance allows a maximum density of 12 units per acre.
