“Gazprom”: A complete ban on mining may be introduced in the southern part of the Irkutsk Region

The newspaper “Commerce” reported that the government is considering the possibility of introducing a year-round ban on mining for individuals and legal entities in the southern part of the Irkutsk region from April 1 to March 15, 2031.
