Gaza rescuers say Israeli strike killed five

Gaza's civil defence agency said an Israeli air strike killed five people in the north of the war-ravaged Palestinian territory.

Five people were killed at dawn during an Israeli strike in the northern part of the territory on Thursday, 8 May 2025. Palestinian civil defence announced that 75 per cent of its relief vehicles are stopping in the Gaza Strip, due to Israel's blocking of aid since 2 March.
