The Arctic char in crust and its artichoke flower designated the best dish of Alsace 2025
They were four chefs to take part this Tuesday 25 March in the competition of the best dish of Alsace organized for the second time at the exhibition center of Colmar. Guillaume Delande of the Colmarian restaurant L'Atelier du Peintre wins the palm with its charle knight en croûte and its flower of artichoke.

For its second edition, the competition of the "Best dish of Alsace", organized yesterday by the association of the Stars of Alsace in the heart of the exhibition CHR Pro at the Parc des Expositions de Colmar, has awarded Guillaume Delande, from the workshop of the Painter to Colmar. His charle knight in bread crust won the votes of a prestigious jury.
