Gardener Geert (48) accidentally hits the nest of hornets with his crane: “I had to walk for my life”

Gardener Geert Teugels (48) from Sint-Niklaas was taken to hospital on Monday after being attacked by an entire nest of hornets. The bugs stabbed him in the neck and on the head. “Those animals kept chasing me,” he still remembers the painful incident.
