Gard resigns, claims she was reprimanded for speaking with press

Kenyon Councilor Deanna Gard in a Facebook post Friday claimed she resigned her position Oct. 23 after being reprimanded by a fellow council member for speaking with the Kenyon Leader regarding the mishandling of an industrial development project.
