Gallery in Pilsen acquires 102 works by sculptor Zbyněk Sekal from his estate | ČeskéNoviny.cz

Pilsen - The West Bohemian Gallery in Pilsen has acquired a collection of 102 works by one of the most important Czech artists of the 20th century, Zbyněk Sekal. The reliefs, statues, sculptures and other works worth several tens of millions of crowns were bequeathed to the gallery by Sekal's widow, Christine Sekal. The gallery will present these works in a group exhibition next fall, the gallery's director Roman Musil told reporters today.
