Christoph Peter's novel "Innerstadtischer Tod" (Luchterhand) cannot be banned in the interim proceedings. The gallerist Johann König and his wife have now also failed with their constitutional complaint.

Berlin gallery owner Johann König and his wife recognized themselves in an art-world novel and wanted to have its distribution temporarily banned. They even appealed to the Federal Constitutional Court, which rejected their appeal.
