Gagnon twins receive Scouts’ lifesaving award

Two brothers from Nevis received Scouting America’s Life-Saving Medal of Honor on Sunday, May 4 at Peace Lutheran Church in Nevis. Will and JT Gagnon were recognized for rescuing three duck hunters and their dog from a sunken boat on Oct. 29, 2024, on First Crow Wing Lake. At that time, the boys were registered Boy Scouts.
