In Libreville, Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema, accompanied by the First Lady, Mrs. Zita Nguema, were, on Friday, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to formally withdraw their CEMAC biometric passports. This solemn act officializes the entry into force of the common travel document for the six countries of the Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa (CEMAC).
