The Waverly Municipal Golf Course welcomed dozens of young golfers this week where their summer golf camp teed off Monday, introducing children to the fundamentals of the game through instruction from local golf professionals and experienced players.

Crooked Creek Golf Course in Cordell wrapped up its Summer Junior Golf Program on Thursday, July 23, after another successful summer of introducing young golfers to the game. More than 18 golfers ages 5-15 participated in the free program, which was held every Thursday from June 4 through July 23.
