PICKENS COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) - Funeral services will be held Monday for a 12-year-old girl, who the Pickens County Coroner said died of bacterial meningitis. Ansley 'Payce' Chappell was a rising, seventh grade student at Dacusville Middle School.
