Fundraising campaign launched for county events center

Plans for a modern event center and livestock facility at the Prairie County Fairgrounds are moving forward with the formal launch of a fundraising campaign for the all-season gathering space and adjacent covered arena.

County board grapples with who will run the 4-H building event center

WADENA – Wadena County Commissioners called a special meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 28, to address who would be responsible for managing the event center portion of the 4-H building located on the Wadena County fairgrounds.
