Programs in N.Y. Provide Meals when School's Out

NEW YORK STATE, JUL 7 – The Summer Food Service program plans to serve at least 20 million free meals at 2,500 sites to children facing food insecurity during school breaks in New York.

The Syracuse City School District's Summer Meal Program kicked off Monday with a barbecue at Burnet Park.
