Fuel prices started this week with a sharp rise, in line with what the forecasts indicated, according to the average prices released this Tuesday by the Directorate-General for Energy and Geology (DGEG).
It will be valid for a week.
Wholesale gasoline and diesel prices remain high, with crude oil costing nearly $90 per barrel. Drivers will be partially protected by the government's recently launched Lower Fuel Prices package, which lowers prices at the pump by up to more than 1 złoty per liter.
