Fruitinies launches into Asda with trio of kids' fruit snacks
The range targets children aged 3 to 10 and includes three playful formats with 30% less sugar than comparative brands, Fruitinies said.
Fruitinies launched exclusively in Asda yesterday with three fruit snack options not high in fat, salt and sugar, targeting children aged 3-10.
Phil Hulme, commercial director at Fruitinies, said: "There's a real gap in kids' fruit snacking," explaining that parents want better choices while children prioritize fun and interesting textures.
Targeted at children aged 3-10, each 20g bag contains 64 calories and 5.6g of sugar, making the range 30% lower in sugar than comparable brands at an RRP of £2.
The range includes Fruitinies Train and Fruitinies Super Hero Foamies alongside fruit-face shapes, featuring Colourful characters and activities while remaining Halal certified.
Fruitinies addresses industry pressure to balance health credentials with child appeal, offering a competitively priced alternative made with fruit juice and no added flavours or colours.
