Frozen meals from Trader Joe's, Kroger, and Walmart were recalled over glass contamination, but the ingredient investigators are blaming is surprising

The USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service has issued an expanded recall alert for frozen meals sold at Walmart, Kroger, and Trader Joe’s due to glass contamination.
