Every year about this time, we see the various social media posts about how we are all planning to become new people in the new year. Healthier, more organized, financially disciplined, spiritually evolved. Apparently there’s a wide scale movement that many of us choose to be a part of to shed our old selves like an out of fashion winter jacket and waltz into the new year like confident, fully functioning adults.
