With several decommissioned vehicles having sat unused for years, the city of Greenville is now cashing in on what value they have left in the form of scrap. During Tuesday’s meeting of the City Council, members voted unanimously to sell 13 scrap vehicles to Garly Benoit of Malor & Company Inc. in New York for $20,400.
