OAK HILL, WV (WOAY) – We saw cold temperatures and some lingering rain and, yes, snow around the region this morning. The snow didn’t stick, of course – temperatures in the 70s and 80s over most of the last two weeks ensured that the ground is far too warm to have that happen.
