The City of Johnson City have announced a change in the pickup location for the free shuttle service to Saturday’s Pepsi Independence Day Fireworks Celebration at Freedom Hall. The free shuttle service will now operate from the James K. Ellis Athletic Complex at Winged Deer Park. It was originally scheduled to operate from Target before the change.
